Big Bang adalah boy band dari Korea Selatan. Kelompok ini terdiri 5 personel, masing-masing mempunyai bagian suara berbeda atau rapping. Mereka dianggap sebagai anggota wajah yang baru dari “Keluarga YG” di bawah asuhan YG Entertainment. Setelah meluncurkan karier mereka pada tahun 2006, Big Bang berhasil populer dan sukses pada tahun 2007 dengan singel “Lies” (거짓말). Kesuksesan ini menempatkan Big Bang sebagai boy band ternama Korea Selatan, dan bersaing dengan grup penyanyi wanita Wonder Girls. Selain dikenal berkat lagu-lagu hit mereka, anggotanya juga dijadikan panutan dalam gaya berbusana.
